With the ATA Carnet, importers and exhibitors can effortlessly handle the transportation of exhibitions in Hong Kong. Typically, exhibitors offer a door-to-door pickup service. Nevertheless, in instances where such a service is unavailable or not offered by the exhibitor, they would have to organize the China-Hong Kong transportation themselves. In such cases, they must complete the customs declaration (form E) and the China-Hong Kong transportation arrangement (form K). These forms, along with other required documents, need to be submitted to customs by the importer. Once customs verifies these forms, they will stamp and issue an ATA Carnet certificate to the importer, which is then utilized for picking up goods from Hong Kong.
As the exhibition nears its conclusion, exhibitors usually dismantle their booths and repatriate them to China via sea or air transportation. Notably, no ATA Carnet certificate is required for exhibition dismantling transportation as there is no change of carrier involved.

Prior to making any inquiries, please compile details such as the name, quantity, weight, volume, exhibition date, and exhibition number of the goods to be exhibited.
To avoid delays, it is advisable to allocate ample time in advance to account for potential scenarios, including extended customs clearance due to customs procedures, weather conditions, holidays, and other influencing factors.
A comprehensive list of exhibits must be submitted to our company for customs declaration, no later than 10 days prior to the event.
Upon collection of the goods, you are required to present our company with the admission card, exhibition booth number, and moving permit (if these documents are unavailable, kindly inform us promptly so that we can devise contingency plans).
